In our sessions, I will help you gently process distressing memories while also exploring attachment wounds and the current challenges bringing you to therapy. Together, we build practical tools so you feel less consumed by trauma and anxiety and more grounded in your daily life. My work integrates mindfulness, trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and nervous system regulation to support lasting, meaningful healing.
